We are owners of 960 acres of GOLD CLAIMS in Clark County, Nevada. It is about 40 miles south of Las Vegas in the world famous Eldorado Mining District. It takes about 45 - 50 minutes from Vegas and it has easy access.
It is called ORO 1 – 6 and we have it in a trust called Brutus ORO 1-6 Gold trust. Easy to transfer ownership. The land is owned by the government ( BLM ) and we have all the mineral rights. No one else can touch the land.
The Engineering Report says that the estimated Gold Reserves are 31,000 ounces. With a gold price of $2,000 per oz, the value of the gold reserves will be $62 million.
Customary sales price for a gold claim like this is 10% of estimated gold reserves, bringing the sales price at $6.2 million. The engineering report also estimates the silver reserves to be 65,000 ounces and with a price of $23 per oz, it comes to about $1.5 million.
Total estimated values of Gold and Silver is about $63.5 million. Total sales price would be $6.35 million. We are motivated to sell for a cash sales price of only $1,960,000 for a fast sale. This low offered sales price is about 3% of estimated reserves, a great opportunity for the new owner.
