DESCRIPTION

We are owners of 200 acres of gold claims in Humboldt County near Winnemucca in Northeast Nevada . It consist of 4 parts and they are called Star, Star2, Star3 and Star 4. This area is known for gold rich land and the previous owner found some good size Gold Nuggets in the open land and with a metal detector. See Photos. 

The ownership is in a trust so it is easy to transfer. We don’t own the land but we have all the mineral rights. 

In May 2015 we had an engineer crew out there with backhoes and other equipment to test the land for Gold. See Photos. We have also been out there ourselves with metal detectors and we found some nuggets. The Engineering report was very good. It has an estimated gold reserve of 4564 ounces. This test was only done on a small part of the property and it can be much more gold there than anticipated.

With today’s gold price at $2,000 an ounce, the estimated reserves comes out to about $9.1 million. We are only asking $299,000 for the Gold Claims which is about 3% of the estimated reserves.
